Brian K. Herman, Esq. is an associate at Brenda Lee Eutsler and Associates, P.A., where his areas of practice include Trusts and Estates, Criminal Defense, Municipal Court, Education and Special Education Law.

A graduate of the Rutgers University School of Law, Brian received his Juris Doctor degree in 2014. While attending school, Mr. Herman served as a judicial intern to the former Criminal Presiding Judge and former Assignment Judge of the Camden Vicinage and current New Jersey Supreme Court Justice, Justice Lee A. Solomon. In addition, he participated in the Mediation Clinic where he gained certification as a Mediator, and Divorce Mediation, where he became a trained Divorce Mediator. He also participated in the Civil Practice Clinic where he assisted clients on a pro bono basis.

Prior to entering the practice of law and joining Brenda Lee Eutsler & Associates, Mr. Herman served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John T. Kelley, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey – Criminal Division, Camden Vicinage. In addition to being a valued associate of our firm, Mr. Herman is also “Of Counsel” with the Law Office of Craig David Becker where he assists with Special Education and Education Law matters.

He also assists the Camden County Bar Association with their Continuing Legal Education program.  Mr. Herman has served as moderator at the Individualized Education Program seminar and as a speaker at the Municipal Court seminar.

Mr. Herman is an active member of the Camden County Bar Association, Burlington County Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Aside from his passion for being a dedicated professional, Mr. Herman also enjoys outdoor activities such as golf and running and is an avid fan of Philadelphia sports.
